Thanks, this has been helpful. I adjusted my weekly weight loss goal to 1.5 lbs (down from 2 lbs). I think I was just being too aggressive. Now I get 1500 cal/day and that should be plenty. Thanks for your advice everyone!

MFP now saying 1250 calories/day? Is this healthy?
