MFP now saying 1250 calories/day? Is this healthy?
I have lost more weight and MFP now has me down to 1250 calories a day. I was hungry at 1310! I am working in more veggies and fruits but I have to eat some protein and carbs sometime! I am exercising and getting more calories but I still worry I am not eating enough. Does 1250 sound reasonable or is something wrong here?…
