  • why dont you try adding crystal light packets, or a slice of lemon or lime to give it some flavor..... i usually cant drink all 8 either so this helps for me.

  • you can also ask them to not put any sauces on yours and just eat them plain, it will just be grilled veggies and meat/shrimp. thats what i do the sauces is what adds to many calories. you can also see if they have a low sodium soy sauce to add a little flavor. but be sure to put it on yourself, they may overload it.

  • nachos from dennys (only when they make it right) they are delicious and i can eat the whole plate full! although when i was there a few weeks ago i only ate about half, and didnt even take the rest home so i wasnt tempting to cheat the following day too.
  • there great for getting used to drinking water when you hate it like i did. they contain alot of aspartame and theres alot of mixed feelings towards aspartame... i think it makes me feel bloated and i would rather have a glass of water over flavorings.
  • maybe trying adding some nuts or planters nut bars ( by the granola bars) into your diet. convenience usually means something processed. so try to stay away from that. maybe you can get a premade salad from your grocery store or a bowl of fresh fruit that is already cut up ( near the produce section, not the sugary ones…

  • you can never go wrong with chicken breast (no skin obviously) there is so much you can make with it add some veggies and some brown rice and you have a meal, or throw some salsa and low fat cheese on for a more mexican taste... i have also gotten myself addicted to jellos fat free pudding (near the milks) at 60 or 70…
  • i wish i knew last night i had some multi grain tortilla chips but there not very healthy. you can try some pretzels there fat free and not to bad.
  • i just had albacore tuna on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato and half a wheel of laughing cow swiss light. if you get the tuna in the 2.5oz. bag its the perfect amount for 1 sandwich and very filling. under 250 calories total

  • i spend about 400 every month.... my bill has gone up about fifty bucks a shopping trip (every 2 weeks) since i started eating healthier...... but that also means my fiance stocks up on gummy bears and chocolate since he thinks he wont like every dinner i make.

  • i dont have the wii fit because i think to buy everything you need it is a little expensive..... i do however have a game called "walk it out" for the wii. it runs around $30 and you can probably still pick it up at walmart. its a great game that just requires your nunchuk, check it out. you may like it!
