Firefox really, are they that bad? Will look at the Rosemary Conley magazine - thanks LittleMissDov. Agree re Jamie, mrsnecincy - I'm finding they take between 30 & 45 mins and can be a bit stressful! They taste good though!

Oh yes - got that one. Some of the recipes are quick, others a bit fussy - but very good, I agree. Liked the series too.

Was about to start a thread on the same subject as I've just bought some Truvia. Can you use it instead of sugar in baking? Are the results the same? How much less do you use?

kje2011 I just tried your "apple pie" - delicious and so warming on a snowy day! I added a little warmer and microwaved for about 3 mins, also added a touch of fat-free Greek yogurt. Fantastic, thanks!

It is tough! You need to find something you can fit into your routine. Like you, I can't manage evenings (what evenings!?). What works for me is driving the kids (age 7 and 9) to school (2.5 miles away), leaving the car there, and running home then running back to get them in the afternoon. I don't manage to do this every…
