Chocolate treats sold in individual portions in the UK?
Bags of 'fun size' bars are no good for me as I'll just eat the whole bag. Mini ice creams in multi packs I can sometimes handle! I'm looking for things up to about 150 cals. Advice for avoiding binges in trigger situations?
Ok so it's the Easter holidays and I'm going to be surrounded by chocolate - my big weakness. Also loads of trigger situations. Today, the cinema - where I'm in the habit of going overboard on M&Ms etc. What are your tricks when you know you're entering a danger zone?

DVDs: Alternatives to Shred/Ripped in 30?
Hi, I have quite a few fitness DVDs but only use my 30-DAY SHRED and RIPPED IN 30 ones regularly as they give me a short, intense workout. However I'm getting a bit bored with them. Please recommend any DVDs of a similar length that will work me as hard (or harder!). Thanks!

Favourite UK books/magazines for quick, low-cal recipes?
I use websites and like my Cook Yourself Thin Quick & Easy book - what else is there? Any other good books, or magazines, for inspiration? Recipes can't be too fiddly as I have two school-age kids and am always cooking in a hurry.
