    Homemade labneh ... if I make it with plain non fat yoghurt (and salt) I usually eat with veggie sticks.

    Sometimes I make it with sweet non fat yoghurt and eat it with thin apple slices.

    I love to heat a serving size of Peanut Butter in the microwave and then dip apple slices in it. When the Peanut Butter is warm is spreads better ant it seems to last longer.
    I also add dip mix to plain greek yogurt & use it as a dip for veggies. You get more bang for your buck then using sour cream. & you never eat the whole thing so it is less calories.
