    -Caramel rice cakes smother peanutbutter (sweet cravings)
    -Cucumber salt, pepper w/ lime (sour cravings)
    -greek yogurt strawberries, blueberries, rasberries a tsp of grape oats for crunch
    -1/2 oatmeal, stevia, pb2 powder chocolate peanutbutter
    - can tomato w/ no salt rinse ( make own salsa) cilantro, onion, a tad of salt, lime and habenero add on everything awesome with eggs! ;)

    I just discovered calabro fat free ricotta cheese. I love it with a few cranberries and almonds a dallop of honey.

    I was missing my icecream treats .. so today I made my own.

    I used 1/2 tub No Fat Chobani yoghurt, 1 kiwi fruit, 1 nectarine, 1 tub Weight Watchers jelly (jello).

    By the time I divided it they only worked out at 38 cals each. A little tart, so even adding some honey wouldn't make them more than 50cals each. Probably wouldn't need it if I had used one of the flavoured Chobani's and sweeter fruit like an orange or strawberries.

    I added them to the food list if you search Chobani, kiwifruit ... (added all the nutrition facts).

    I love Salsa, I just cant find anything low cal to dip in it, so a few baked chips hit the spot when I have some calories left
    Try dipping carrot sticks in salsa -- YUM.

    I love all fruit (grapes in particular) for snacking.

    smoothies (well, it's not necessarily low calorie, but it's filling enough to drink a cup as one meal)
