  • 1. I always do every single exercise I log. (usually i do. not always) 2. I sometimes sneak a nibble of things i dont log because i attempt to stay under my limit anyways, so i figure it equals itself out. 3. I only weigh myself once a week. i actually weigh every day, i only plug it in to MFP once a week.
  • those giant rubber band lookin things girls wrap around their heads, when they're ALREADY wearing a pony tail. WHY?! it appears to squish your head in two!

  • ~ just a lil comment, but the chocolate covered katie blog has lots of delicious, healthy (and vegan i believe) breakfast chocolate dessert recipes. I think she's starting to include the weight watcher points so.. theres that :) ive tried several of her recipes and they're delicious.
