I tried them and it tastes like grass... its basically does not have much taste at all. And at jumbo juice they give u a orange wedge to eat right after. I heard and read at lot of good stuff about it. If only it was not so expensive... it adds up to have it everyday. And for benefits u should have it everyday...

My trainer told me that its better to do cardio on empty stomach. But weight training is better to eat and wait about an hour before working out... I do my cardio at night so I eat an hour before and feel great!

I know how you feel! :) After having my first daughter I gained bunch of weight but lost it and kept it off but it was 7 years ago. Now after having second one (she will be one in couple of weeks) I gained it all back and than some. Ended up at my haviest. But now trying to reclaim my body! :) Hopfully by my birthday which…
