I love Kale and collard greens! They're yummy. Spinach is very bland compared to these 2. You can buy kale by the bag now like spinach or lettuce. And the directions to cook it is on the bag. I simmer mine all day with a turkey neck.

My doc also told me around 180. I'm 6ft 1in. But honestly I do like a bit of healthy meat on my bones. I felt AMAZING at 215. I was wearing a size 12 and had no stomach at all (the perverbal brickhouse). So with that being said you have to figure where you are most comfortable.

The deli meat I know better but i didn't want it to go bad to expensive. No1 was eating it. I know about the jimmy dean too. I stopped buying those found those tucked in the freezer. Lol yet again didn't want to just throw it away. But every thing else no problem i do that anyway, before this week anyway lol

I am aiming for 40lbs. by my parent wedding renewals on june 22. That would put me under the 300! And then another 40 by my birthday sept 5th. and then the last 40 by my wedding Nov 1st. We'll see!!!!!

I'm terrified to eat a whole bunch of fats. The only good ones I know of are the ones in fish, nuts, ummmmm peanut butter. Thats it. What other type of good fats are there? I never thought about the dehydration. Hmmmmm makes sense. I just look at the last 30 days and I need to inprove my workouts. Out of 23 days I only did any type of exercise for 15. NOT GOOD! Change your workout completely. If you walk do yoga. If you weight train do body resistance. Also change your food to primarliy veggies and protein with complex carbs. it says that i should be eating 1960 a day. Which I don't think I ever do I might come within 500 cal but that's about it. Im just so scared to gain any weight back that i've worked so hard to loose. No...no cheat nights or anything. I walk for 35 min and end up walking between 1.75-2 miles during that time and I also do the 30 circuit traing at Planet Fitness 4 days a week. I do Biggest loser Yoga the days I don't go to the gym. Some days I miss the yoga but not often.
