I'm only eating about 1500 a day which is 250 less than Mfp says. My food I've got under control. I just didn't know if the exercise made sense. Because before what they told me I was doing about an hour of cardio n circuit training twice a wk. I don't log my exercise.

Since April 1st I've lost 40lbs. BUT I have alot to loose total of 110-135 lbs. Some weeks I loose 1 lb sometimes I loose 7. I'm supposed to eat 1700 cal but I stay between 15-1600. Thank you guys so much for the responses!! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't setting myself for failure. I have decided that this is what i'm going to do. I think 140lbs loss deserves 3 legs to reach my goal.

If you lift you will loose those couple of inches but you may end up weighing more. I don't think you need to loose weight it sounds like you just need to lift to get the results you are aiming for

I know exactly how you feel. My hubby and step-son are those naturally skinny people. I am natually fat. So they are always eating. You have to buy the food you want to eat and keep it handy. So when he's munching you can munch on something healthy. That way he won't even ask if you want any.

My mother has lost about 100lbs twice and is currently loosing the 60lbs she gained back. Everytime no exercise what so ever. EVER! lol She is jiggly but she doesn't care she's a senior and retired. Idk haven't made out there yet. I intend to though. When I lost 50lbs a couple of years ago it freaked me out. I had been big my whole life, so I stopped loosing weight n gained it all back+. So idk. I think it does it just take a while
