At 300 I'm in a 20 comfortably. So I guess with 80lbs I only range 4 maybe 5 sizes

I must be built really different... I'm 6'1" and 355 right now and I wear a 24 and some 22's the lowest I've ever been is 225 and I was in a 13/14. My goal is between 2-225.

Today my job had another lunch event. And for the 2nd time I ate what I brought regardless of the chips and cookies and subway sandwiches they brought in. I won't lie they did smell goood!

I notice if I eat too little like you. Where I'm anywhere between 500 to 1000 under my calories before working out I notice I don't loose any weight. As soon as I get closer to my calorie goal the weight falls off

People constantly remark or question what I'm eating. And they have enough nerve to be the same size as me or larger with a Mcdonalds bag. I'm walking out with popcorn or a large sweet potato w butter and splenda. Seriously!!!!

I was wondering if I had sleep apnea. I always feel in a fog. And I had half my thyroid removed about 3 yrs ago. I never would have thought that may be an issue. Hmmmm. All I know is I'm tired of being tired.

I'm 5ft 11 and eat anywhere between 1500-1900 inactive to active. I started 1/4/13 and have lost 37 lbs to date.

Not sure what body type you are...this is what I do to jump start if I've hit a plateau. I eat the same thing for 3 or 4 days in a row. Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit and 1c oatmeal. I'm 6ft tall and currently 325 I started at 356. My lowest weight was in HS which was 225 size 12. I naturally have a large frame so I didn't look like I weighed that much. All I know is I LOOOONG for 225 again. I know I'll get there!
