I don't think I am eating too much. I try to stick to under my calorie goal with MFP and nearly always stay on it. I might try cutting salt out. Hopefully that will work. I exercise quite a lot (compared to what I used to do) so hoping that if I up that even more then more weight will come off.

Thanks guys :) I have a good social life and tend to go out every weekend hence why I am not able to log. (where I live there is no signal so it all needs to be done through wifi). I have started eating healthier as well.. Hopefully will see some results soon. Think when I see them it will kick me into action.

Yeh I started with MFP ages ago and have counted calories for a while but have still put on weight. I need to find something that I can stick to and that I enjoy. I don't like diets that don't feed you. haha.
