I usually only count calories from steps if I exceed my daily norm. I don't count the exercise from my normal daily routine. if that makes sense.

So. We have decided to return to the fertility clinic that helped bless us with our miracle baby almost 2 years ago to try for a little brother or sister. I am now having a hard time keeping to my routine of calorie monitoring as I have just convinced myself that I shouldn't suffer since I will just be gaining weight soon…

I am 36 and have a toddler that will be 2 in September. I work full time as a social worker on a Dementia unit. I have about 30lbs to lose still. Everyone add me!!!! I love having motivation!

I agree with the post above me. Let it track your exercise points, but ignore them. It will keep them lumped under exercise points, so you can just continue to eat the amount you want. I like doing it because it shows me how much each thing gives back. Plus, if you have a day where you do want to eat more, you know which…

I just started using the Glow app again when we decided to TTC our 2nd child. I did the sync between Glow and MFP, but I do not see how they interact. Pretty sure I am missing something.

Judging by the start date of this thread, I am going to guess that it seems to happen around this time each year. LOL. I am thinking it is the influx of new members with their resolutions.

Actually with the 3 day cleanse, I ate more calories than MFP has be eating daily. Each smoothie was 400-800 calories depending on which you choose. So yeah....

The 3 day cleanse smoothies are 400-500 depending per smoothie and you drink 4 per day. The 7 day smoothies are 420-800 (margarita kale) depending on which 3 you choose out of the 4 they have.
