45 - I don't know if YOU would call it heavy, but it's heavy for me. I have an oly bench, but no squat rack. So, I use dumbbells for those kinds of lifts. And yes, of course, crossfit....mostly the bodyweight wods.

Our scale broke years ago and never got replaced. I weighed myself at my neighbor's house when I started this a few weeks ago and probably will again after 10 weeks. In between, I'm going by measurements and how my pants fit. In the end, that's really what matters (at least to me).

Which is why I was going to suggest some more flirting to feel him out before you spill your guts. But if you've decided to ask him out, I would leave out the "crush" part. Unless he's really into you, telling him that will likely sending him running. Will it be awkward at work if he rejects you?

Since you're obviously having motivation problems, I would start out slow so you don't burn yourself out right away. Maybe 20 minute workouts (plus a 5 minute warmup) twice a week. Try that for a week or 2 or 3 and then either add a 3rd day or lengthen to 30-40 minutes. Hopefully, you'll get in the groove and excited about…

Yes, that is a dumb thing to worry about. :laugh: Flat tummies are 80% diet, 20% exercise. Get rid of (at least most of) those junk empty calories, go easy on the breads and pastas. Stay under your calorie targets and keep up with the cardio-n-lifting. You will get there.

Someone already suggested the C25K program.... I can't recommend it enough. I used it in the past to train for 5K's. If you're new to running, it's easy to get excited and overdo it and get injured (at least that was my experience). The C25K program is very doable and gets you there pain free and injury free.…

Whoa! Stop trying to lose weight! It's hard to tell from your one profile pic, but you look pretty darn perfect to me....and I'm not just being nice. If anything (like so many others already wrote), lift more weights. But again, it's hard to tell from your one pic how tone or squishy you are.
