I was noticing the same thing, under the goal due to not eating the exercise cals back, putting quite a few days well under the minimum recommended.

I'm going to have to break out my Pure Cap again. Does wonders for kicking the heat up on anything without changing the flavor much. You just have to be careful with it. I wonder what the nutrition info on it is?

Let me see if I got this right. The closer you are to the Ideal weight, the more important it is to eat your exercise calories right? I don't think it should be a problem, I'm not a coffee drinker, but Ice Tea & I'll kill a 32oz bottle on my drive into work. (0 cals got to love that) but I'll admit after drinking 32oz of Ice Tea, I'm not really wanting to drink water when I get to work for a few hours.

Personally (For me, YMMV) Slimfast has helped me, in breaking the habits I had, I'm running in the morning and can't really cook for lunch at work, so both those meals used to be Fast food. I'm almost 10Lbs down from when I stated (yea most of it was probably water from the salt cutback) but I also bought 2 5lbs weights for when I play my Xbox games, that one way to help me realize what I've lost, (Though I doubt I'll be using 2x 50lbs weights for working out, my over all goal for the end of the year)
