Wife (yea I'm using her as an excuse :) ) has been sick (cough) keeping her (and me) up most of the nights for the last few weeks, so I haven't had the motivation to get out to the gym early in the morning. Up 2 Lbs this last week 257

Well back from the gym. :smile: Stair-treadmill ergometer, general 18mins for 254 cals Strength training (weight lifting, weight training) 15 mins 91 cals (I think this one is off) Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace, walking dog 15 mins 190 cals Daily Total / Goal 48 / 30 535 / 297

269.8 (Almost wrote 296.8 :laugh: ) but I think today I'll be going over cals unless I get some gym time in today, just had too many cravings & didn't even really try to fight em today. :(

Oroweat Sandwitch Thins(100 Cals) Starkist Tuna Salid (100 Cals) 1 Slice Cheese (60) Cals Toaster Oven = 2 Tuna Cheese Melts Each at about 130 Cals quite yummy and take only the time to toast em to make em.

I wonder about making your own soda using those home soda makers & using something like fruit juices as the starting point, should be healthy (if you start with a healthy fruit juice). No it won't be "Coke" but might be good and still give you the enjoyment of the fizz that some are looking for (water + lemon & lime…

Do you own any websites / hosting, I can probably write a script / PHP image file if MFP doesn't have a ticker. It wouldn't be built into MFPs database, but you could manually update it. (you would also have to let me know what images to use in advance)

You should see the subs my Wife bought me :D 1.4 pounds each, different types. Each One was supposed to be a Lunch for me. (And no nutrition info on em either)

I love pickles, but the sodium will kill me, one whole pickle is something like 560mg of Sodium. I don't even want to think of the sodium in a whole jar of pickles.
