I still need help with this too...
  • I had a lovely lunch today of minestrone soup, with 2 rice cakes and cucumber & celery slices. I was at work so we only have a microwave. Whole thing came to 260 calories.

Filled me up for the whole afternoon!

I have been eating lean cuisines for lunch. Not the healthiest, but they are portion controlled and lower calories and they do what I need. I eat fruits, nuts, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. throughout the day.

If you have a freezer at work, bring a prepared meal. At 2 bucks a smart one or lean cuisine, it gets you out of a pinch.

Not having time during the day just means that you have to make time the night before or when you are off. Prepare some meals and individually pack them. If your job has hot water or a microwave, oatmeal is good. If you have a fridge, then yogurt and cottage cheese. If you are ok with protein shakes, then there is a whole variety of them out there.

Your response was kindof nonexistent. I dont know what most is. I dont know why being a hairstylist would make it any harder to prepare food then having any other profession.
  • Oroweat Sandwitch Thins(100 Cals)
    Starkist Tuna Salid (100 Cals)
    1 Slice Cheese (60) Cals
Toaster Oven = 2 Tuna Cheese Melts Each at about 130 Cals quite yummy and take only the time to toast em to make em.
