  • I don't believe there is a perfect measurment or weight. I simply was putting it out there. I think you need to feel good and take care of your body. It is just interesting to me the things people say and come up wth that can affect how a woman views her body. I can begin to understand why there is such a problem with…
  • I was simply putting what I read out there for others to read and to hear others opinions on it!
  • I simply thought it was something interesting to think about! I am sure I am not the only one who has wondered. LOL
  • Great Job!! Just sent you a friend request :)
  • Good question! I would only think it would burn more if you are going up hill, however pushing a stroller changes the entire workout. I cannot image pushing a stroller because so much of my workout includes the arm movement and speed. I rollerblade 3-4 days a week. It is an amazing workout :)
  • OMG this is so funny!!! My 10 year old loves them and calls them "farty one bars" :)
  • I have lost 1/2" off my chest and waist and 1" off my hips. I didn't measure my arms or thighs . I started the shred to lose my final 5lbs. I do like the way I am becoming more toned for sure :) I might be at the weight my body is going to stay at LOL
  • I am on day 14 of the shred and on level 2. So far have gained 1lbs but lost inches. Glad I have a tape measure because to see the scale going up is discouraging. Each day has become easier and I actally look forward to my workouts now. I can see a change in my body for sure. My arms are getting toned as well as my legs. I…

  • I am 5'6" also and my original gw was 140. Once I got down to 145 I knew I wanted to change my GW to 135. You will know as you get closer what is best for you. I also have seen the girls who have a GW of under 125 that are 5'6" and I cannot image. When I was in my 20's I was that weight but not now. After two babies and my…
  • I noticed something similiar. I had lost 25 lbs on 1200 cal a day but completely platued only loosing 1/2 lb a week if I was lucky for about a month. I decided to try upping my calories to 1450-1500 and I did begin to loose weight again. For the past 2 weeks I am back to loosing a pound a week and am only 4 lbs from my…
  • I agree with you 100% I just posted something very simliar. This is a forever change and new way of living. I have never felt so good :)
  • When I first began back in February i set my calorie goal between 1200-1330 and exercised an hour a day five days a week. I really didn't focus on the calories burned when I was exercising mainly just to get my body moving again, Slowly I have gotten in better shape and now work out sometimes 1 1/2 to 2 hr daily depending…

  • I would say to workout and burn at least 600-700 calories a day and only eat 1200 calories. The key it to exercise and burn as many calories as possible. The thing about quick weight loss is it's a quick fix then you go back to reality. You have to eat to be healthy so I would burn the calories you eat!!! Good luck
