I looked at the "healthy range" and also referred back to what I felt like at 108 (I am 5' tall)... I have horrible sleep insomnia, but protein should not make it any different. The only thing I can think of is if you are hungry before bed/while sleeping it will cause issues so you may need to eat closer to bed time or intake more calories.

same here! :/ don't really have much advice though besides trying to avoid situations you know you will crash on, or to bring a snack with you (sometimes this helps such as going to the movies, etc),.....but I always seem to give into temptation when I am with friends...idk...

I really doubt that being -4 would make any difference at all. My suggested protein is only around 50g but I try to reach as high as possible. I don't think it is a bad thing at all.

I was wondering this too because I bought a scale that supposedly calculates hydration level, body fat percent, BMI etc, however it is VERY off because I know for a fact I am nowhere near 40% body fat!!! I agree, I think you will be fine as long as you don't put the strength days together and you only do ab ripper x every other day. Other than that I don't think it'll make too much of a difference. But you shouldn't keep the same workout plan for the entire 3 months.
