thats so cute!!! lol i suppose I am now a half vegetarian....I try to have most of my meals be vegetarian and just meat at dinner. I was a vegetarian for the last 4 years up until a couple months ago, I decided to go low carb/primal.

Very well said. I totally agree. I am hard on myself sometimes as you may know lol, but I do believe everyday is a new day and to start fresh and keep working toward that goal. A little setback is nothing compared to how far you have come, like you said :)

Same here :D It does truly seem to be magic! Never experienced anything like this before in my life, but also never went even slightly low carb. I have been losing consistently, feel thin instead of bloated and have sooo much more energy than ever in my entire life! Yayy for low carbs!

1st of all welcome :) You can look up exercises to specifically target those areas, like you did...and adding a little weight should help to build lean muscle in those areas to help burn fat overall. BUT you cannot specifically target one area for fat loss - body fat will be lost throughout your body, I believe however…

Same here @ 5', but Id just do what you feel is right and slowly increase over time if possible. I do think height has somewhat of an impact because being so short my legs have to move much quicker than someone that is taller and has a longer stride.....
