Started today. This would be my second time doing this workout. First time a few years ago and I was happy with results. Following my own food plan. Started with 8lb weight really sore and had trouble. Might drop to 5lb.

Hi, I use to run Half Marathons and trained with coaches..Hopefully I will get back to that. They told me If I was running up to 5 miles..And had calf pain or tightness..Do my calf stretching 1 mile into my run...Then continue running..Also..Sneakers.
