I've just managed to get a copy of this and was wondering if anyone's done it and how you got on?
I might start with it today and make sure I do the full 6 days per week of workouts as suggested. It's a 90 day programme and for the first 2 weeks it looks like you only do Cardio workout 1 and Workouts 1 & 2 for phase 1 and then just follow her training guide from there. I'm not gonna follow her eating plan because I'm doing well so far doing it my but this training proramme appearls to me as it seems to be a quite varied as you do 2 different strength workouts per week, twice each on different days and 2 cardio sessions. They all look like they're between 30-40 minutes each which is doable too. If I get on ok I can always add some extra cardio on the machines I've got at home or something else like Yoga, walking etc. but I don't know if that will be necessary.
Do you think this is enough training? I have dumbells and wrist weights of various sizes at home plus resistence bands but to start with I'm not sure how much weight I should use. When I've done her 30 day shred workouts I've used weights of about 5lbs or 3 kilos but not sure if that's what I should be using.
Any ideas?

I'm in Month 2. I started with 3 5 & 8 for weights. You will also need a resistance cable which she does include if you purchase it from her. The cable is used in a few workouts the first month, but after that it's every strength workout.
I think it's a great workout and I'm actually excited to get home each night and workout (which trust me has NEVER happened before).
As for additional workouts, I would see how you feel afterwards. I thought weeks 1 & 2 were fairly easy but they get a lot harder after that.0 -

Thanks for the feedback, I did an additional 20 minutes on the treadmill today but it's only day 1 although I have been training 3-4 times a week until now. I found the workout today OK and it went quite quickly. I've got some resistance bands anyway as I used them before for another workout program but not sure if they are the ones I need.0
