Hello, My goals are -Workout at least 30 mins a day 3-5 days a week -Lose as much weight as I can (healthy way) - Get away from bas sugar -Have more energy to play with my kids - Move around more

Great Story! Put tears of joy in my eyes as I am going through the same thing you are. I have diabetes and am working hard to loose the weight and not seeing any results yet. I have three kids and now I see things in a new light! GREAT JOB! You should be very proud of yourself!

I appreciate all the feedback with regards to this! Thanks for everything... this is going to be a long journey because everytime I give up the pepsi for a week... the headaches make me go back....
