Dont give up, drink lots of water, weigh and measure everything, eat in a deficit and workout.

Congrats! I'm 5'3" too. I'm 215 now and want to be back to 150. 150 is small for me because I carry a bondunkadonk no matter how small I get. Mind if I add you? I like to add people similar in height and goals.

Kettle corn. Gets that sweet and salty craving taken care of all at once! If you get the popped kind its like 50 calories a cup. Bananas and pb2 Fruit Fruit and Greek yogurt smoothie. Whip cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your going to a Major chain type they usually have alternative options if you ask. -Stay away from the free chips, sometimes I order a side of guacamole and eat salsa and guac on a fork LOL. Ha Ha I can relate. I hang my clothes in order of length then sub categorize it by color. Drive myself bonkers.

I find that easy workouts dont do me any good. I hard workout that gets the chemicals flowing gives me more energy even the next day. You feel good after a hard workout and you'll begin craving that feeling.
