I thought the same thing. I know you mention many times in your blog about eating addiction. Mentally I did a comparison to the rehab stories where people said what they did to support their $XXX amount per week addiction to whatever substance they were on. I weigh every morning with my fitbit scale but I only record Sat mornings in my log. Seeing the daily number keeps me on track and just logging once a week makes the on-line graph show bigger losses.

Breakup can cause depression which sucks but exercise releases endorphins which is good. I say go do what ever exercise you like till you feel better.

My TDEE is ~3261 so the daily cal intake before exerciser is ~2500. 330LBS, 5 10, 43yo male. Curently only light excercise until I get this eating right thing down then I'll add some more cardio and strength.
