You're not far off a good weight and its always harder when you're close to goal. I don't see much in fruit and veg in your diary - maybe try upping them and see if it helps? Good luck!

It would be easier to help if we could see your diary. I'm on 1350 a day and never go hungry. I try to keep carbs slightly low and protein up a bit. Feel free to take a look at my diary - I hope it helps. Good luck! :)

I never go hungry and most of the time stay within my calories. I have found that for me to be satisfied with what I eat And still lose weight I do need to keep the carbs in check and go over on protein - which I mostly do. I also eat clean 90% of the time. How about C25k? If you google it or search on MFP you'll find all the details. It starts off really gently and builds up over 9 weeks to 5k. I'm starting it today

You could start by alternating for 1 week 1 diet coke then 1 water. Then week 2 have 1 diet coke and 2 waters and so on ... Good luck !! Meant to add that I used to drink 8 coffees a day and now only have 2. The rest of the time I have either water or fruit infusions ... I don't miss the caffeine at all and I don't get…

I know we're from different sides of 'the pond' and I know our diets generally are very different as well. But maybe you need more variety in your food plans? We have a saying here that variety is the spice of life! I know you have some amazing ethnic delicatessens etc over there so maybe try something new. Good luck! :)

I do barefoot but it might be painful if you drop weights as someone has already said!! ;)

PS - a little tip ... When you use quick add calories, put what it was for in the food notes - very useful to you when you want to review your eating habits

Onwards and downwards!! Bin the last 2 days and get back on track ... You can't change what's happened so move on and forget it! We all have the odd day where it just falls apart after all we are human!! Currently I need a kick up the bum to get my exercise back on track ...... Feel free !! Good luck you can do this :)

I've decided for every 14lb I lose I'm going to pamper myself so ... Next weekend I'm having a manicure and as I'm in credit at the moment I only need to lose another 6lb for eyebrow waxing (not sure if that's a treat though lol)

It depends on your settings. If you're logged as sedentary then yes, otherwise no unless you're going for the big spring clean! You have a good day too!

I do eat breakfast but, like you I can't eat first thing. I take my oats so simple sachets to work and have one at around 10am

Harsh but true! If you want to lose weight and keep it off fad diets are useless! You need to set goals that change your lifestyle so you can lose those damned pounds and keep them off!! Feel free to view my diary - it might help - good luck :)
