Supplement to archery please
Ok so archery is great resistance exercise but unbalanced as only one arm does the pulling (one bicep is definitely more toned than the other!!) Was thinking about getting some dumbbells to train with. Any good tips anyone? I've not done weights before so kind of thought these would be a good way to start? Thank you! :)

Left overs
Hi guys A question for you ... If you have leftovers from a meal that you won't eat the same day (for me today 1 sausage and 1/4 frittata) do you adjust today's calories and add on to tomorrow, or leave as is and eat tomorrow and not count? Or does it matter? Oh and not eating all left me under calories today. I hope that…
