    Stir fry veggies, mushrooms, baby tomatoes, stir fry sauce, medium noodles and chinese pork loin steak .... Yummy :-)

    Yuuum! Lovely colors. What is chinese pork loin? Did you use certain spices or a marinade or is it purchased as such?

    I marinaded the pork loin in chinese 5 spice and olive oil. Baked in the oven then added to the stir fry :-). Pork loin is just a chop with no fat or bone
