Others will probably not agree with me, but eat less calories. Try to eat a lot of veggies. The way I look at it you can get full eating anything might as well be healthy. I also believe that not eating meat will help you to lose weight quicker and when you do eat carbs make sure they are wheat.

I actually give myself one day a month when I just eat whatever I want. It always means gaining some weight but I have noticed that it helps me to stay on track the rest of the month. Plus during this time I eat everything I am craving, and usually it makes me feel kindof sick, and then I dont crave it anymore!
