That was EXACTLY why the other weight loss attempts never worked for me...I kept lying to myself and could never get that simple concept through my head. This time, I log EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth!! I don't know why I understood that this time, but I'm sure glad I did!

My favorite store is Torrid!!! They have a pretty large variety of styles. I like their jean because they sit lower in the waist...I always feel like LB pants go up to my arm pits. I'm a cheek biter and I've tried to quit for years. I have noticed that the habit picks up considerably the more nervous or stressed I get. Also, when I get really hungry. I'm a nail picker as well...don't pick the actual nail, its more the sides. I just have a hard time holding still in general.

It seems like each time I've lost weight, my body changes differently. But since this will be the last time, I won't have to worry about that any more :happy:

It's sooo much fun discovering a body I've never had! I keep pointing bones and muscles out to my trainer and he just shakes his head and laughs!

EXTREMELY excited for the movie!!! Man, you are sooo lucky to live on the Burke Gilman trail!! I used to ride bikes there all the time when I was younger. I've tried walking it a few times but the bikers can get kinda vicious and after one almost took out my dog I stopped. I miss it though!

Exactly!! This is what keeps me from eating while I cook dinner. I log everything that goes in my mouth because if I give myself an inch I'll take a mile so I have to be rigid. Since logging little bites in are really annoying, I just don't eat it :happy:

I workout after work but I always pack my gym bag with my workout clothes, HRM and makeup remover before work. I never have a problem getting to the gym when I go straight there after work...if I have to go home to change my likelihood of making it back out of the house drops dramatically!!
