I noticed the same thing. Usually the treadmill ranges from 100-150 calories more than my HRM. I'm really glad I got the HRM now because I want to make sure I'm burning enough.

Try substituting as many of your foods for fruits and veggies and you'd be surprised with how full you'll feel, especially when you eat 5 or 6 times a day. Just start out fresh and remember how bad you want this!

My hubby and I tried both the fettuccine noodles with prawns and the spaghetti noodles with tomato sauce.
