I'm in! I did it in February and it really works. I need to get back on it because I've hit a bit of a wall and I keep losing and putting on 2lbs each week. Jillian will save us all!

I did it in February and was intending to do it through April too (but haven't started yet). I loved it and usually hare anything like that. It is hard but it does get easier....or rather you get fitter and more able to do stuff! Stick with it!

Why did he need to have so many things though? Surely one Big Mac should be enough. I wouldn't have bought my husband all of that food whether he had an issue with weight or not. That's just too much.

Wow! I've just finished day 9 of level 1 and I'm a bit nervous about going on to level 2 in a couple of days but these photos have made me feel like I have to. I'm much bigger than you anyway though so I won't end up looking as good as you but still you've reinforced it as a good idea for me!

I'll be doing Day 9 this evening....I'm still finding it hard but I'm also finding I can do more of it and better. I'm a bit scared about going up to Level 2 though!

I don't have any photos either but I am on day 8 of level 1 and have lost inches and feel better already. It's hard work but it's only 20 minutes. I hate excercise too and I've managed to stick to it so that's good!

I did the first few days without weights because I didn't have any. I have since got some and they make such a difference! I thought it was hard before, it's even worse now. It's a good kind of hard though and I think it helps that it's only 20 minutes too. I don't think I'll be upping my weights though! I think I've been…

I've been logging in here for 20 (ish) days and I'll be on day 6 of the 30 Day Shred today too so we're in a similar place! It's not easy but I'm quite enjoying it (and I hate excercise).

I feel the same as you too. I'm due my third weigh in tomorrow and I'm terrified I won't have lost anything. Lost 3lb the first week and nothing the second. :mad:

I'm in the same position too (only WAY less active) and have been going for 2 weeks losing 3 lbs the first week and none the second. It's so disheartening and just makes me feel like giving up and eating cake.

wow....Thank you everyone. I feel a bit silly sitting here crying about it now! so the calories I use exercising I should eat should I? most days I have but some I haven't as I assumed it was better not to.

Oh really? That is good news then! So if I burn off 200 calories does that mean I can eat those calories? I know that sounds stupid, I just want to make sure I'm doing this right.
