  • I log everything because it might not have calories but it has sodium and more. So just like the other person said those things add up. I tend to watch all my intake levels not only calories. But is it necessary? In the weight loss process.
  • Me too I was just put on it today and know where does it say dont eat. So to those that dont eat lf course there will be more adverse affects. Do what your doctor says to do and I think you will be fine. So I am trying it out too and like you I also eat right and exercise so I think we will be fine.
  • Hello you seem like you know alot about this. I am not sure what exactly to donin this weight loss process. I am eating better,smaller meals and tons of water. I purchased a treadmill I do a 30 min workout 5 days a week now. Help me to understand the calorie deficit my intake is 2059 what do I do to lose a pound a week.
