If making sandwiches, I give BF healthy dose of mayo, and an extra serving of meat/cheese while giving mustard to myself. If we're both having steaks, porkchops, chicken breasts, he gets the larger one. etcetc!

Could be various reasons.. genetics, autoimmune issues, thyroid, diet, environment, stress, etc. Personally I have alopecia areata. It sucks and there's not a lot you can do about it. I have found regular exercise helps, though. :\

I miss college so much...learning, being challenged, socializing with others in the same boat. Didn't enjoy it much when I was IN college, of course. Takes the rare amazing professor to make it worthwhile, IMO. Have fun!

This always happens to me when I start working out. I believe it's your muscles holding onto water/glycogen or something like that. I think it's something that goes away over time. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in on the matter!

I pick at my nails.. and the skin of my feet. The only things I have found that curb the impulses to do them is to wear socks or gloves, and always to be preoccupied with something else (preferably involving hands.. ie, typing, drawing)

I drank 2-3 a day for several months.. would get a headache sometimes if more than that. I quit over a week ago and haven't really noticed and change except the (directly related) headaches are gone. It's so delicious...

zero calorie drinks. i used not to track mustard but then realized the mustard i was buying was 10 cals per tsp.. which added up...cuz i love mustard!

I used to be really self conscious about bf even passing by the living room while I worked out.. but now he sits on the couch and drinks beer while reading off my tasks / timing them! Very helpful. :)

I've read (but I'm not sure) that ideal preparation for retaining nutrients varies from veggie to veggie. For instance, some veggies you shouldn't even eat raw. I would say.. when in doubt, steam them.. leaving them still slightly crisp and not mushy. I like to do this with broccoli and cauliflower and just season with a…

I was at a lower weight when I smoked. I stopped almost a year ago and am very glad I did. However, at that time, smoking made me too lazy to go to the kitchen and make/eat food. Also, after I quit, I simply switched my vice to alcohol.. which unfortunately, is highly caloric. :(
