I get that, but I have major trouble stopping myself, so it is a comfort to know if I did go overboard on halo top that it would be 1/4 as "bad" as a pint of Ben and Jerry's. To each his own!

Surely there is an alternative Australian equivalent. But it's a pill you take before you eat that helps with bloating/gas from fibrous foods

Try beano before eating. It works for me! Also make sure to eat slowly and chew thoroughly.

I like to make huge salads with whatever veggies and protein ive got. Lately its been romaine, carrot, cherry tomatoes, onion, jalapeno... about 3oz roast turkey deli meat cut into pieces, and 60-70g bolthouse ranch dressing seems to sufficiently cover the leaves.

Photos can still be misleading. One eye instead of 2, plus lens distortion that can happen, plus just being caught in a strange candid pose.

I try not to keep any snackable / tempting items in the house. I cook 95% of my dinners and measure out and log each ingredient. I developed an exercise habit. I weigh myself every day to be aware of how activities and foods cause my weight to fluctuate.

Awesome! Yeah same here with the fluctuations. It's very difficult to gauge how well any approach I take is working because I'll be up 2lbs one day and down 4 the next only to be up 3 and down and up and down and etc etc. Let me know if you find a happy medium for the settings! I'll do the same.

Tbh I dont even get what smoothing DOES. Currently my settings say ill be at my goal weight in 2023! Haha. Guess thats better than n/a

I also use withings scale and love it. It is accurate insofar as it matches the scale I had before I got it. Make sure you weigh on even surface and there aren't dust bunnies underneath!

I drink coffee, and then work out. It's the workout itself that leaves me energized for the rest of the day. But if im really really mot feeling it.. i sleep, then workout after i get home from work. Not sure what your commute is but is there any way to push back waking up by like, even 30 minutes? Might make a difference.…

How much do you normally intake now? As a guestimate is fine. If youre dramatically reducingcals it would make sense youd be hungry or your body would be expecting more food. Maybe try gradually reducing cals so your body can get used to it first? Especially with working out -- that may make you even hungrier.
