I would only eat back some to be safe – given Fitbit's range of accuracy/error plus the calories you would have been burning even if you weren't exercising for the hour + lunchtime. As poster above said.. maybe 50-60%?

One of my favorite salad dressings is carrot ginger. The recipe I have tailored to my tastes uses only 5-10ml sesame oil. The last time I made it here is what it was 10 ml(s), Toasted Sesame Oil 40 ml(s), Rice Vinegar 17 g, Ginger Root, Raw 28.00 g, Jalapeño 67 gram, Yellow Onion, Fresh 39 milliliter, Soy Sauce 69 ml(s),…

Most of these companies have really great deals for first timers. I swear I could eat for free for a month+ if I signed up for them all (seems like there's a new one every month)

I use home chef and sun basket. I used to use plated but the calories and food portions were too much. Home chef weekly has at least 3 recipes to choos from that are calorie (400-600) and or carb conscious, amd most of the meals have been yummy successes! Sun basket has a few lower calorie options as well.

Also keep in mind photos can be very misleading. Lense type, angle, lighting.. there are so many factors. You may have a medium to large body frame, but that also doesn't mean you're HUGE. As far as bringing you larger pairs of jeans – that's very subjective, could have just been a misperception on associate's part, or…

I use an Ozeri scale that was on sale for like $30. It matches what my dr's office says, and what my old scale says. Soo.. I trust it!

i make mine with water and then mix the oats with a little greek yogurt (plain) and top with honey and cinnamon. i love the texture and temperature contrasts created by this!

http://smittenkitchen.com/blog/2013/01/lentil-soup-with-sausage-chard-and-garlic/ Made this the other night and it was gooood. Skipped the garlic oil on top. Used turkey sausage instead of pork and kale instead of chard. Can be made without meat. I do however think the parmesan grated on top was a must. And it was much…

By some Academy employee mixup, we ended up with a 16 lb bar and 300 lbs of weights (Marcy brand instead of CAP). Didn't really feel like reloading them all into the car and returning, so for now we have a 16 lb bar. I just started yesterday and used just the bar weight to get a better feel for form etc. I think 45 lbs…

Good to know I can keep up barre. Yeah, I imagine I will be revisiting SS on a regular basis as necessary. It is very in depth and informative and I am thankful to now own it as a valuable resource! Strength is indeed an important goal I've set out for. Thank you for the reply!

I think I read somewhere.. that chugging water hydrates less effectively than sipping it over a longer period of time? Not sure.

Skinny leather pants!!!

Yeah.. usually lowering carbs significantly around that time helps me a bit. And keep drinking water! I've heard dead sea salt baths help with water retention as well. And patience!

Way way way too much. It's pretty much food/entertainment budget wrapped into 1.

African peanut stew: http://cookieandkate.com/2013/west-african-peanut-soup/ It's really really good. I DONT serve it with rice, and then I make more servings out of it by adding a ton of other veggies and like, double the collard greens. When I've made it it's been about 400-600 cals per serving but it is incredibly…

I've never really had a type for men. We're talking aesthetics, so.. usually it has to do with that they have some interesting facial features. I don't really care so much about body. But I guess I do LIKE taller-than-me, broad-shouldered men. Which is something I find attractive in women, but will never be able to…

Didn't think so! And yeah.. hopefully he's stronger than I am already! Thanks.

Basically anything prepackaged. Even if I don't like it, I'll wander into the kitchen looking for something to snack on. If it doesn't need to be prepared, then I will snack on it. Over and over!

I can't speak for Pure Barre—I do a different, independent/local barre class.. but I imagine most/some of the moves are the same? Anyway, I have been doing the class 5 days a week for about 3 months. Previous to starting the class I hadn't really worked out but for maybe a 2 month stretch earlier in the year. I (and my BF)…

First off, 3 weeks isn't a lot of time to allow yourself to see results. Patience! Second.. some people just have cellulite.. I'm healthy, borderline underweight, and my fat is pretty evenly distributed but I still have cellulite on my butt/thighs. It sucks. Hoping squats and lunges will help.

I chew Orbit peppermint gum.. I find it stronger/longer-lasting than most gums...it prevents me from wanting to eat anything because I wouldn't be able to taste it anyway, and it keeps my mouth busy.

oh gosh, i rarely cook fish or japanese-y things.. hehe. maybe this will be my opportunity!

Are you referring to the HRM or the BMF as not the greatest tool for non-cardio activities... I assume HRM? It's frustrating to track because the class I go to has cardio elements dispersed throughout, however there are sections where we move very little. Thanks for responding!
