I agree with this. I also want to add, how you are measuring your weight loss? If you're only going by a scale, I would really recommend you start taking measurements. Even if you aren't losing weight, you could be losing inches.

I'm pretty much in the same situation as you. I set my activity level to lightly active. Some nights I'm sitting on my butt for 8 hours and some nights I'm practically running for 8 hours, so I think it all balances out in the end. ETA: So, I don't log it as exercise.

I drink 1-2 times a week. I just make sure I do it on a day I burn a lot of calories, I eat a lower calorie dinner (usually just a protein and lots of veggies), cut out my nighttime snack and drink vodka waters. I'm 90% of the time under within my calorie goal and it hasn't stopped my weight loss yet.

I eat in the morning when I get hungry, I eat lunch at a specific time whether or not I'm hungry only because I leave for work right after and I know I won't get to eat for another 5 hours minimum, so that's more of a prevention from becoming too hungry during my shift.
