I think when I was heavier I had more padding. Every time I bump or hit something it hurts wayyyyyyy more and bumps up longer .

136lbs, 37yrs old, now. I am the best version because I've learn more, eat better and also can encourage my children in the right way as a mom should do. I value that, as when they are grown and out of the house they may need those healthy lessons. I try to do the best I can and that's all any mom can do.

I started it 1 week ago. I love it and although I haven't lost any weight yet with this one I'm not relying on the numbers on the scale. I'm just going to focus on inches and correctly completing the 60 day program while having fun. I am glad to workout with Shaun T.

I finished the 30 day shred and now I'm doing Insanity. I liked Jillians workout and would do it again. I may try her other ones after I finish Insanity. Insanity is definitely worth it too!

For me I switched to Herbalife NRG tea W/Liftoff. It's better for you and has natural Guarana in it. I never new the difference. Anyways once you've been a few days with out it your body will adjust to not having it.

Stuck to my Shred (even though it was later in the day than usual) and I am definitely making sure I drink my full potential of water today no matter what. my water intake is my new goal. I do always drink it just not sure if its enough.
