Body Pump provides a wonderful calorie burn along with the benefit of strength training. There is also the group dynamic that motivates you! If you enjoy it and it's convenient - you will more likely stick with it and reap the benefits:smile:

My levels are normal but I seem to gain weight if I look at food! I agree with sabinecbauer - I have to work extra hard to keep the pounds at bay. Consistency is key - with logging and with excerise. I was diagnosed hypo 6 years ago. I lost over 100 lbs in 07 but I worked out every day for 2-3 hours. I lived on protein shakes and bars. Of course, this did not last. I try to eat a small protein bar right after I work out. I ususally get the Good Grab Oh Yeah bar (190 cals) or a lower sugar Detour bar (170 cals). This will keep me from gnawing on my steering wheel during the drive home! Seriously, it keeps me from eating everything I can find when I get home.
