3 cups a day is the recommended amount . I drink a lot more then that too.

I said the same ting. I love the tracker and how it tells me how much fat etc.. I have eaten.. It works as long as you log in and do not try to decieve yourself. What is your wieght loss goal? Keep going and mark off the days as accomplishments!

I wish my husband would learn that. Eating well is the key. I think what you said about wieght watchers is correct. With us we are opposite of the man who posted.
