  • How fun!! Love all the things we can do online now!
  • I do it ALL the time! There is a thread on here that talks about various ways to make pizza out of tortillas or flat bread. I have recently started making them on corn tortillas - two tortillas are only 100! Add your toppings and you will have an awesome lunch or dinner for a little over 250 calories (depending on your…
  • It looks great other than I think you need to be eating more. You aren't coming close to your daily allotment. I would try to add in a bit more food somewhere! Good choices though!
  • I had friends over & for games & finger foods. I was able to make it ALL edible for myself just by tweaking ingredients. My favorite were these mini peppers that I stuffed with laughing cow cheese, fat free cream cheese & spices w/ a tiny bit of italian sausage on top. Baked em for about 30 mins - they were amazing!!!
  • Yummmmm - bumping this for a later date!
  • It's so funny that you posted this just now! I JUST TODAY got my first camelbak water bottle and am in LOVE!! I came on here to rave about it and saw your post  I downed 22oz in oh maybe 10 minutes EFFORTLESSLY! This is a water bottle that has a straw with a valve that opens only if you bite it. So you bite it…
  • Bumping this for later - sounds delicious!
  • Honestly my most favorite exercise that burns the most calories (for me anyway) are my kettlebells. The workout I do is amazing and in my opinion very low impact - squats, knee lifts & other things all in conjunction with swinging these weighted "kettlebell's". Mine are only 3lb & 5lb bells and they came with a dvd. This…
  • Hey all! I guess I need to post my losses here - I have lost 2lbs since I signed up for the challenge. Hope all are doing well with their goals too!
  • Of funny!! I didn't know the ads were based on what we search. I've never gotten the food ones either - right now mine are all on qwest and other internet providers I'm sure because my son used MY computer when researching who to switch to next! I do appreciate that we have this site available for free because of these ads…
  • Oh good for you!! That's a great accomplishment! I just recently made it into size 16's - can't wait until I can say what you are saying today!
  • This is really the perfect place to be for 24/7 weight loss support. So much better than weight watchers or other programs in my opinion!! I recommend using this site to the full. Look at open diaries for food ideas, read success stories to motivate yourself, take a look at the recipes that are posted - it really is an…
  • My staples are: fresh spinach, tomatoes, chicken, onions & peppers, corn tortillas, zoi yogurt - all of these are used weekly without fail!
  • This is one of my favorites! I normally cook it until it is VERY VERY brown! I honestly can eat an entire cauliflower, not that I do but I certainly could!!
  • Good for you!! I can't wait until my ticker says 94lbs lost! That dress is ADORABLE!! I am now perusing that site too so thanks!
  • I love, love, LOVE kale chips!! You can make them w/ so many different flavors. You can use olive oil (or the spray) and massage in honey - my KIDS LOVE them this way. You can make them spicy w/ cayenne, use garlic to flavor them etc, etc. They crisp up wonderfully. Sometimes I won't break them into small pieces and just…

  • I love this site too! I get her emails - love the recipes!
  • I was doing the shred a few months ago and I too contemplated doing it twice a day. I don't see why there would be anything wrong with that! I ended up just adding a walking dvd to my exercise schedule instead of doing the shred twice.
  • I bake this for about 30-40 minutes in a 350 oven.
  • This has been my very same battle, off & on now for 2 weeks. I'm sorry I have no words of wisdom, wish I could figure out what to do since its wreaking havoc on my life!
  • I make casseroles weekly with leftover chicken, steak, pork, roast - whatever meat I have available. The basic premise is this: In casserole pan - put about 1/4 cup of salsa on the bottom, start layering - first about 4-5 corn tortillas, plain yogurt on top of that (you can use sour cream but I always use plain yogurt and…
  • I do all of my exercising at home. Currently I am loving my kettlebells!! It is by FAR the best workout I have done - even better than Zumba! You can pick up kettlebells at Target, Walmart or order them online. Google Kettlebell workouts and take a look at what you can expect for calorie burn as well as toning. They are…
  • I too belong to this crowd... I have about 130lbs to lose - lost 29 so far so just a lil over 100 to go! Sounds daunting at times but I try to look at my monthly totals more often than that big ole number! This site is invaluable for me. Who would have thought that logging food and exercise would be enough?? I was thinking…
  • These sound amazing! Thanks for posting!
  • Good for you!! I do try to make my dinners go further than one meal. I need to think more about making stew or chili - that's a very good idea!
  • Oh they are super simple and yummy! You will need the following: Muffin tin Roll of bfast sausage, I use Jimmy Dean Small carton of egg beaters one string cheese - cut into 12 pieces salsa Take the sausage & put an over-sized tablespoon amount in the bottom of each muffin tin. I flatten it down & then cook just that in a…
  • It's not entirely accurate for me - I'm normally off by 2-4 lbs. I lose weight slower than many I think because of my thyroid issue. I really need to have my meds adjusted. I do like the feature though - I find it motivating!
  • I had no clue you could hide comments? That would have been nice to know!! I have had to delete friends that either swear in their comments or have friends that swear in their comments because my nosey butt daughter is constantly checking out my page!! She would give me the hardest time about it!! I always felt bad doing…
  • LOL - seriously, I scared my dog!!
  • I am a nighttime exerciser but I understand the thought process behind getting it done early in the day. I just don't seem to have the time until all my people are put away for the evening!
