You have to buy sugar free syrup!! I do not notice ANY taste difference and it's totally cheap with the calories! You can use it to sweeten all sorts of things - I use it to sweeten my tea too.

When I first started exercising I didn't have a hrm so I used whatever was given in the mfp database. I have since gotten a very inexpensive hrm at Walmart - I paid under $30 for it. I only have time to workout at night and have been doing it since I began - sometimes as late as 11pm. It doesn't affect my sleep or anything whatsoever and I'm 25lbs down in 2 short months! I think just working out, no matter what the time, is going to be beneficial.

It helps if I break up my calories into 6 meals - I have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & then Morning Snack, Afternoon Snack and Evening Snack. If I eat every 3 hours or so I do pretty good!
