I do this a few days a week at least. It not only helps me concentrate I feel better for not sitting all day. I just use a box under my keyboard, althogh now my work is finally buying me an adjustable standing desk that allows me to stand when I want or lower it and sit.

Thanks everyone! I have never considered P90x. I've heard it is really, really hard and some of my friends said they actually got sick afterwards. While I am not a beginner I don't know if I could handle P90x and honestly not even sure what kind of workout it is. I do like a challenge though.

^^ this....exactly When I was on WW I found that it would give the same amount of points for less healthy options as it did for the more healthy choice. I wanted to eat cleaner and save money so I dropped WW and came back to MFP.

We get a discount through work, so I pay $27.00 a month which includes a ton of classes. I don't like protein shakes so I get mine through diet alone.

If you have stairs nearby those work great. It can be a little boring but it gets the job done. A woman at my work uses unsented baby wipes to clean up.

Did you minus what the spoon might weigh? On my scale I have to put my measuring device on it first and then zero it out then I put what ever I am weighing into the container. That way I am only measuring the food.

I don't like doing cardio in front of my husband or anything that requires any kind of bouncing, squating or bending over. I am way to self conscience for that. I am lucky though, that we have a gym in the building where I work so I normally don't have to worry about it.

I workout during my lunch hour at work. There is a gym in my building. I get bored very easy so I change it up a lot. I do classes at least a couple times a week.
