I'll tell you something, my box is amazing!!!!! I love going to CrossFit, it's the only positive thing in my life right now and it's what I look forward to each day. I've gained incredible amounts of strength and can do things you'd never believe someone my size would be able to do. However, I will tell you if I don't…

I'm going to do 13 miles again. It's getting hot here in Missouri and with the warmer weather my gym likes to do more crazy-intense workouts. So depending on how flubbery my legs are feeling afterward I'll try to get a c25k in. It's a slow process :disappointed: 6/1- .05 miles 6/2- .25 miles

I'm 3 lbs away from 30 lbs lost. /

Some people are also allergic to peanut butter! Peanut butter may be terrible depending on what your goals are. Let's just start by saying if your peanut butter has added sugar, it's terrible. If it doesn't, you're on the right track. However, it's important to note that peanuts are a legume and have similar properties of…

Honestly, I think it depends on the person. I don't know that Gatorade is a good choice as it's pure sugar. It's has more negative impacts than positive impacts on your body overall. I've heard after a workout is the best time to eat carbs. Not really sure if this is true or if it really matters all that much. For me, I…

So, I have a friend who bought this cookbook of like 300 different types of salads and her and her friends are doing a "book club" once a month where half of the people bring a salad from the book and the other half bring wine. I'd skip the wine but this is something you could do with your family like once a week to get…

#1 don't step on the scale if it's discouraging. #2 well I haven't figured out the cravings yet. If I ever do Ill let you know.

That's a load of *kitten*. If anything it might stop late night hunger cravings but peanut butter and weight loss have nothing to do with each other. I don't even eat peanut butter and I've lost weight. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

These are questions to be asking your doctor, not mfp. Sorry kid.

So not true! lol I do like me some BLTs, but it's getting to the point where bacon is too damn salty. I have to go low sodium or it's a no go. But 500 calories doesn't seem right. I'm pretty sure that's not correct because I would not eat 4 slice of bacon if it were that high and I do eat four slices of bacon.

I think there's a typo here. Did someone actually say they love cardio?

Eat carbs. They're necessary to process the fat you eat. Be happy eating carbs. Not really sure if this is a plateau considering you just talked about gaining weight. That's not a plateau.

Except you now spend all that money on a new wardrobe, gym memberships, protein powder, mobility tools, etc lol.

Weight training helps skin snap back. Keep your skin well moisturized and hit the free weights. FYI it make take a few years for your skin to catch up with the rest of your body. Give it some time before you decide to do anything drastic like surgery.

WTF! Since when is losing 5 lbs not losing weight? Hello! You didn't gain 50 lbs in 2 weeks and you sure as hell aren't going to lose it in two weeks! I would suggest breaking your 50 lb goal up into smaller goals. It seems to me like you're getting overwhelmed by that number. I'm doing my ticker 10 lbs at a time. So right…

Inhaled a large insect into my left nostril while running. Instead of stopping and freaking out I continued to run and freaked out. Damn lightning bugs.

Oh I almost forgot, how could I?! On Saturday I successfully completed Murph. For those of you who don't know what Murph is, it is as follows: 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 squats 1 mile run *I did ring rows instead of pull ups as I'm not yet strong enough to do a pull up. I thought I was going to need 2 hours…

I needed to read this! I'll be going for a run after my workout today!

I haven't really been losing any weight recently but I've continued to lose inches in certain places. But this weekend I stayed at a friend's house and her bathroom mirror goes down much further than mine so I could actually see my belly in the mirror. I can't believe how much thinner I look (about 24 lbs down). I haven't…

Above. Also, looking at an old pair of pants helps. If need be try them on.

Smdh. Since when do you need a squat rack to do a squat? I see children doing squat movements every day and they don't need a rack to do it. It's a natural human movement. And the smith machine is going to hinder your ability to squat so that's a waste of time. Again, don't waste your time with the leg press. Do squats. If…

Don't do them. Squats will work all the same muscles, plus more. I don't use any machines for strength training. They just aren't necessary.
-
Sounds like your front rack olsition isn't as good as you think it is. I have horrible front rack position because my upper back & shoulders just aren't very flexible and yes the falling forward happens to me everytime. And front squats kill my wrists and fingers. I hate them.which is why I can only front squat half if…

Lol making your fat jiggle isn't going to get rid of it unless you're *kitten* is moving to make it jiggle.
-
You are not a barbie. 1lb dumb bells aren't going to do anything when you're used to carrying a 20 lb purse. Get to a gym and start strength training. You'll love your arms once you start building muscle.
-
You keep bingeing because you're starving. Assuming you're 30, 5'5", 145 lbs, sedentary, and don't exercise ever, you should be eating between 1300 and 1400 calories a day. I can make that more accurate for you if you add me (send me a message when you do so) and give me your stats. The other thing is fill your meals with…

I try hard not to eat either because of their inflammatory properties.

Eat less carbs, eat more healthy fats and protein.

Fats are bad. Followed closely by Carbs are bad.
