I do! I eat pretty well during the week and workout just fine, but the weekend comes and I eat junk. I don't want to put blame on my husband because I'm the one who puts it in my mouth, but he is a big part of influence on me. He doesn't eat healthy at all so it makes it that much harder for me.

I watched last season's and loved it.. tried watching this new one tonight and just couldn't get into it.. maybe because I kept getting distracted. Either way I may see if its on demand tomorrow and give it another try..

I use my HRM during workouts and log it on MFP which overrides what the fitbit says I burned. Just gotta make sure you keep track of what time you start your walk/exercise.

I'm wondering the same thing.. I read somewhere that they recommend not working out for 3-6 months after surgery for healing and that put me off right there. Never really thought about just doing weight training on the upper body. I'm no help, just looking at all the responses :)
