BMF and logging food
So I just got a BMF link and as many of you users know that their food log pretty much sux lol. How do you do it with logging your foods here and using the BMF? From what I see they have an option to use an estimated calorie tab, but was wondering if there was any other specific way to do this... TIA :)

Up my calories again? HELP!!!

Thinking about starting this program...
Besides buying the book, is there any equipment I am going to need? Certain weights? Also I still have about 30-40 lbs to lose.. would this program be good for me at this weight or do I have to wait til I'm closer to goal weight?? Thanks in advance :)

TDEE/BMR goal.. same on a rest day??
Ok So as of today I am going to start eating between my BMR and TDEE and see how that goes for me. My question is.. on my rest day, should I still eat at my calorie goal of 1600-1700? Or should I lower than since my exercise is included in that goal? I would appreciate it if someone can help me with this, TIA :)

Saddle bags
Do they ever go away? I have them on inner thighs.. left is bigger than the other so I feel like I look like a freak :tongue:, no but really.. do they ever go away? Pork, red or white meat?
Ok the question came up from a friend and it got me wondering.. is pork considered red or white meat. I know some ppl refer to pork as "the other white meat" but its red before cooked so I'm just confused as to which is the right answer. Anyone?:huh:

My 30 day progress (pics)
I started this program Supreme 90 Day on July 1st and wanted to share my 30 day pics and progress so far. I took measurements and did the best that I could and lost 6 1/4 inches all over.
