funny because I was soooo tired I took off about a week from exercise. I was getting so sleepy during the day and did not think it had to do with upping my calories for the Tdee reset.. now that I see this post I'm wondering if it was because of the eating more. I thought I was just burning out from exercise lol. who knows!

I agree .. I just got a bodymedia fit and I burn a pretty good amount of calories on a day where I'm not too active. I'm about 5'3 and 163. You may need to eat a little more especially if you are active.

Having the same issue today with mine.. I've only had it for less than a week but I burned 500 something today and my burn for the day so far seems pretty low. edit: I also have a hrm so I know how much I burned but seems like my bmf is saying I burned less =/

^^ This for me... When I look at myself up and down or in the mirror I feel I am getting slimmer and look better than when I started, but seeing pics of myself I get all sad. We had a family get together a couple weeks ago and I felt pretty good about myself there and when I saw some pics my cousin took, I was embarrassed…

I have both and love MFP more.. mainly because it keeps me focused more on fitness than fb ever could lol. Love the friends I have here and they actually show interest in what I'm doing to make my life better and healthier.. fb they prob don't care what I do lol.

When I first started I was working out daily.. burnt out (my mistake) and then went to 6 days a week. Just recently decided to go 3 days on and 1 day rest and repeat because I feel I should give my body more rest due to feeling fatigue and no energy what so ever. I say at least 1 or 2 days a week off.

I honestly do not even listen to music when I work out lol.. so mine just comes from within. I may be back to add some new music to my playlist though ;)
