Zumba and walking have been doing it for me. They are a total of 7 dvds. I started with Activate and they show you how to do the moves. I started doing 10 minutes of the 45 minute dvd. Now I do the whole dvd without the ques. I have lost 4 inches off my waist and 12 pounds so far. So excited.

Motivator: Buy clothes out of normal section and not plus size and wear a bikini for the first time in my life. Always been self conscious even when I was very thin. I have been having the same problem. I try to keep my sodium under 2000 and it is really helping the bloating. Also I am trying Miralax and hot tea. Feel so much better. Also going to try the Psyllium fiber as someone suggested.
