Be careful about how much you excercise with sciatica! I had the same issue last year and your #1 priority should be the excercises that your physical therapist gives you. I LOVE zumba. I really hurt my knee last week though (lots of jumps!!) and when I went back to class this week, my knee swelled up and hurt.
